Method 1:

Press the WPS button on the router and the extender, a secure WiFi connection can be established quickly to extend the coverage of your existing wireless network.

Method 2:

1. Please login the extender’s web-setting interface. (Default IP address: 192.168.1.254, User name: admin, Password: admin)

2. Click Extender Setup on the left side. 

3. Choose Start and click search AP button. 

4. Please choose the SSID you want to connect to.

5. You should enter the password in the corresponding filed and click Apply to save settings and make it take effect.

After that, you have finished the steps about extender setup. 

1-1. Please login the extender's web-setting interface.(Default IP address: 192.168.1.254, User name: admin, Password: admin)

1-2. Click Firmware Upgrade on the config explorer. 

1-3. Click Choose File button to select the firmware version and then click Upgrade button.

1-2. Click Advanced Setup->System->LAN/DHCP Server

1-3. Change the LAN IP accordingly. 

1-1. Connect to the extender by typing 192.168.1.254 in the address field of Web Browser. Then press Enter key. 

1-2. It will show up the following page:

1-3. Click Setup Tool in the middle to enter the extender’s setting interface. Then it will require you to enter valid User Name and Password. 

1-4. Enter admin for User Name and Password, both in lower case letters. Then click Log In button or press Enter key.

● Before configuration, make sure that both A Router and B Router are powered on.

● make sure you know the SSID and password for A router 

● Connect your computer to the same network of router A and B.

● Set both Router A and B should to the same band 2.4G or 5G.

1. B router can use PPPOE, static IP. DHCP function.

2. WISP can build its own base stations in public places such as airports, hotels, cafes, teahouses and other places, providing wireless Internet access services.

STEP-1: B-router wireless setting 

You need to enter the settings page of the router B, then follow the steps illustrated.

① In the navigation bar, select Basic Setup-> ② Wireless Setup-> ③ Select 2.4GHz Basic network

④ Setting Network SSID, channel, Auth, password

⑤ Click the Apply button

Repeat the steps 3 through 5 to complete the 5GHz Wi-Fi configuration

STEP-2: B-Router WISP setting

Enter the settings page of the router B,then follow the steps illustrated.

① In the navigation bar,select Advanced Setup-> ② Wireless-> ③ Wireless Multibridge

④ For Wireless Multibrige,select 2.4GHz, if you want to use 5GHz for WISP,choose 5GHz.

⑤ In Mode list, select Wireless Wan.

⑥ Click the Ap Scan button 

⑦ Click AP you need repeater,check SSID

⑧ Enter the password for router A (You can check the box next to check the password you entered)

⑨ Click the Apply button,Wait for the configuration to finish.

STEP-3: Check whether the B route IP address conflicts with route A.（Option）

If there is a conflict between the LAN IP addresses of the two routes, you need to check the Change LAN IP address automatically. Then click the Apply button and the router restarts. We can obtain the new IP address and login B route setting with the new IP address page. 

STEP-4: B Router position display

Move the Router B to a different location for a best Wi-Fi access. 

● Before configuration, make sure that both A Router and B Router are powered on.

● make sure you know the SSID and password for A router 

● Connect your computer to the same network of router A and B.

● move the B router closer to the A router to find the B routing signals better for fast repeater.

● Set both Router A and B should to the same band 2.4G or 5G.

STEP-1: B-Router Wireless Setup

You need to enter the settings page of the router B, then follow the steps illustrated.

 In the navigation bar, select Basic Setup->Wireless Setup-> Select 2.4GHz Basic network

 Setting Network SSID, channel, Auth, password

 Click the Apply button

 Repeat the steps 3 through 5 to complete the 5GHz Wi-Fi configuration

STEP-2: B-Router repeater setting

* enter the settings page of the router B, then follow the steps illustrated.

In the navigation bar, select Advanced Setup->Wireless->Wireless Multibridge

For Wireless Multibrige, select 2.4GHz. If you want to use 5GHz for Repeater, choose 5GHz.

In Mode list, select Use Wireless Bridge.

Click the Ap Scan button .

Click AP you need repeater, check SSID

Enter the password for router A (You can check the box next to check the password you entered)

Click the Apply button, Wait for the configuration to finish.

Note: If repeater success,but you need to replace the network for repeater,there will be prompted the following figure,click yes.

STEP-3: B Router position display

Move the Router B to a different location for a best Wi-Fi access. 

Application introduction: Wireless signals generally refer to Wi-Fi, wireless SSID and wireless password is the wireless terminal to connect the router to the Internet the most important two information. The actual use of the process, if there is no connection on the wireless, forget the wireless password, you need to view or modify the signal SSID and password.

STEP-1: Enter the setup interface

Open the browser, clear the address bar, enter 192.168.0.1, fill in the administrator account and password (default admin admin), Enter the displayed verification code, click Login, and select Advance setup again, as follows:

STEP-2: View or modify the wireless parameters

2-1. In the Status Summary to view SSID and Password

Click Status Summary to view the SSID and password in Wireless Status (2.4GHz) and Wireless Status (5GHz). Figure, 2.4GHz signal set password, click View to View, 5GHz signal does not set the password, do not show the password.

If you are setting up the WIFI SSID and password for the first time. you need to enter the Wireless Setup interface settings, here, to 2.4GHz signal settings as an example (5GHz settings the same). You can modify the SSID according to your preferences, select the encryption method (recommended WPA2PSK + AES (Recommended)), enter your ready Password, click Apply.

2-2. Check and modify In the Advanced Setup.

Of course, you can also click Wireless advanced setup to set more wireless parameters, as follows:

Q1: After setting up the wireless signal, need to restart the router?

A: No need. After setting the parameters, wait a few seconds for the configuration to take effect.

STEP-1: 

Connect your computer to the router by cable, enter http://192.168.0.1

STEP-2:

User Name and Password are required, by default both are admin in lowercase letter. Meanwhile you should fill in the vertification code .then Click Login. 

Then click the Advanced Setup bottom

STEP-3: 

Please go to Advance Setup ->Firewall->Firewall, and check which you have selected. Select WIFI Schedule and WIFI 2.4G and time you want to restrain in to surf the Internet, then Click Apply.

● Before configuration, make sure that both A Router and B Router are powered on.

● Connect your computer to the same network of router A and B.

● move the B router closer to the A router to find the B routing signals better for fast WDS.

● A Router and Router should be set to the same channel.

● Set both Router A and B should to the same band 2.4G or 5G.

● Choose the same models for A-router and B-router. If not, WDS function may not be implemented.

STEP-1: Set up WDS on A-router 

Enter the setup page on router A, then follow the steps below.

①In the navigation bar, select Advanced Setup->  ②Wireless->  ③Wireless Multibridge

④For Wireless Multibrige, select 2.4GHz. If you want to use 5GHz for WDS, choose 5GHz.

⑤In Mode list, select WDS.

⑥Click the Ap Scan button.

⑦In 2.4G Wireless Network list, select B-Router for WDS.  

⑧Click the Apply button.

STEP-2: B-Router Wireless Setup

Enter the settings page of the B Router, then follow the steps illustrated.

①In the navigation bar, select Basic Setup-> ②Wireless Setup->  ③Select 2.4GHz Basic network

④Setting Network SSID, channel, Auth, password

⑤Click the Apply button

Repeat the steps 3 through 5 to complete the 5GHz Wi-Fi configuration

STEP-3: B-router WDS setting

Enter the settings page of the router B, then follow the steps illustrated.

①In the navigation bar, select Advanced Setup-> ②Wireless-> ③Wireless Multibridge

④For Wireless Multibrige, select 2.4GHz.( You must choose the same channel as Router A.)

⑤In Mode list, select WDS.

⑥Click the Ap Scan button 

⑦In 2.4G Wireless Network list, select A-Router for WDS

⑧click the Apply button.

STEP-4: Turn off the B-routed DHCP server

Follow the steps below to disable the DHCP function.

STEP-5: Restart B router

Follow the following steps to restart Router B. Or you can directly disconnect the router from its electrical outlet. Once Router B is rebooted, Routers A and B are connected successfully via WDS.

STEP-6: B Router position display 

Move the Router B to a different location for a best Wi-Fi access.

STEP-1: 

Connect your computer to the router by cable, enter http://192.168.0.1

STEP-2:

STEP-3: Upgrade the software setting

Please go to Advance Setup->System->Firewall Upgrade, and check which you have selected.

Select Choice Your Local File,the Click Upgrade.

Note:

  1.DO NOT power off the device curind firmware upgrading.

  2.DO Reset the router to factory default settings by RST or RST/WPS button after firmware upgrading fineshed.

STEP-4: System reset

Please go to Advanced Setup->System->misc Setup, and check which you have selected.

Select Config BackupRestore, then Click Factory Default.

Or Please find the RST bottom in the box and use needle to press down the bottom more than five seconds.
